In a split second it became very clear to me. A clean slate. A clean design. A new niche. My niche. My every day life + the things I find beautiful & inspiring. Perhaps less words. Only posting those that are truly meaningful to me. A simpler form of blogging, a simpler way of documenting my every day.
The more I focused on writing about everyday life, the less I documented my own. Which is the opposite of what I wanted to achieve. So back to basic it is. A private little spot. Not work related. Yes, this is what I need.
p.s. The design is by Ane Degenaar of Blogmilkshop. Love her work.

this is my first time on the blog and i think i’ll enjoy it very much! congrats on the new slate! i know what you mean, i’ve been blogging for a few years and recently realized that my blog had to represent a smaller part of my day, as professionally it didn’t make sense to dedicate so much time to my blog. it feels good when we have these epiphanies, doesn’t it? btw, i already knew ana’s work previously and i think your blog looks amazing, though i don’t know how it looked previously to this!
Thank you (:
